How long does delivery take?
Any website is delivered within 10 to 30 days at most, depending on its size. Systems vary with the requirements and the nature of your business, and we fix the timeline of every phase in the proposal.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes. We serve clients in several countries and manage projects remotely with regular video meetings.
How are payments structured?
Projects are usually split into milestone payments: an advance on signing, then payments tied to delivered stages.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before reviewing any sensitive information.
Websites & systems
Who owns the website or system?
You do. The code, database and domain are registered to you.
Where is the website hosted?
On your own hosting account, or we can recommend and set up a suitable plan for you.
Is there support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a support period, followed by optional monthly maintenance plans.
Marketing & content
Is ad spend included in your fees?
No. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platforms; our fees cover strategy, creative and management.
How do you report results?
Monthly reports with leads by source, cost per lead and the next month’s plan.
